Gorgeous!! They seem to think they're put there specially for them dont they? Both my cat and puppy will automatically seek out the softest, most inviting surface - so if a lap isnt avaialable, then a pile of washing (clean or dirty, not fussy), blankets, cushions whatever!! Gill x
darling! I just thought of something, I was at a friends house last week and on their floor was a large rectangular dog bed. upon closer inspection I saw it was a baby bed mattress w/a baby sheet on it. Genius, as they have the largest black lab I've ever seen AND their furniture is new.
I've heard about people using those, especially with a big dog. I was thinking of doing something like that for under my bed, where there's a few dog beds, just have one big one, but sometimes they don't like to share.
I have one of those big "chair and 1/2's" in my bedroom for Blue. I got it at Goodwill for $45! Cheaper than alot of traditional dog beds are and elevated. (but a nightmare getting it up the stairwell! my niece kept asking "Why are we dragging this uo here? LOL!) :) - Cindi
On behalf of my partner Shelly, and as co-owner of Schnauzer Paws Rescue, we'd like to thank each of you that has kindly donated to the rescue. It's these gifts that help us to be able to give extensive veterinary care to some of the dogs in great need that come into the rescue.
